hey u guys i have heard about hilary and joel dropping the charges towards that sycho who stalked her... well heres what i found out

hilary duff and her ex- boyfriend joel madden (lead singer of his band good charlotte) has dropped a request for temporary restraining order against a celebrity photographer (hilarys stalker). Las Angeles Superior Court Judge Richard E. Rico dismissed the case against David Joseph Klein according to the documents which was filed monday.

joel and hilary had sought restraining orders against Klein and Maksim myakovsky. myakovsky has been charged for stalking hilary after police said he called a private security firm employed by hilary last month and threatened her and joel.

myakovsky pleaded "not guilty" (the liar...sorry). he remained in jail thursday, awaiting a court appearance.

court papers had alleged klein relayed messages from myakovsky, former roomate, to hilary duff.

the case against klein was dismissed based upon his apologies for any misunderstanding, his cooperation, and his assurances he will not seek further contact with Ms.Hilary Erhard Duff, Mr. Joel (whatever his middle name is) Madden, or any of their family members or representatives at the Rogers and Cowan public relations firm.

a telephone listing for klein could not be located, and it was not known whether her had a lawyer or not.

and yes hilary and joel r over!!! i know this is sooo sad... but get over it lol!!!
